Description

Lewisham Homes (LH) is responsible for managing around 13,200 tenanted and 4,800 leasehold properties. The stock is widely distributed throughout the borough and largely consists of low rise flats although there are also some high-rise and street properties. This contract is for the provision of portable appliance testing, which entails conducting annual services of portable appliances in certain residential sites such as hostels, sheltered housing accommodation, supported housing accommodation and community facilities.
