The services are to undertake all pre-construction design work and obtain all approvals to deliver the Rotherham Renaissance Flood Alleviation Scheme Phase 2C Canal Barrier (located near Rotherham Lock), through to completion of construction, including, Principal Designer duties, preparation of all construction drawings/contract documentation, construction price setting support, construction management/supervisory services and the operational handover processes at the end of project.\r This procurement exercise is being conducted as a further competition under YORConsult 2 South and West Areas Consultant Framework Agreement; Lot 1 Civil Engineering Services,
