## Description

To enable us to accurately monitor the HLF and NHMF profiles throughout the UK media, the organisation is looking to appoint an efficient and cost-effective media monitoring agency to meet the following requirements: 3\.1 Scope of monitoring To track all reference to the Heritage Lottery Fund and the National Heritage Memorial Fund throughout the following UK media: • National newspapers \(print and digital\) • Broadcast media • Digital media \(including blogs\) • National consumer magazines • Major regional newspapers \(not syndicated\) • Local newspaper \(c\. 20,000\+\) • Regional consumer magazines • Specialist/trade media We want to learn about the services agencies can provide in relation to the following: • Social media monitoring • Media contacts databases • Evaluation tools • Internal presentation of media coverage Additional information: Completed proposal to be returned to HLF by 22 August 2016 Meeting in London \(if required\) on 9 September 2016 Confirmation of award of contract by 16 September 2016
