Energy Purchasing Service

The Purchaser is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the appointment of a specialist consultant/energy advisor to work with the University to deliver utility procurement strategy and service. Specifically the supplier will procure electricity, gas and (optionally) water on behalf of the University and will be required to provide other, related services in line with the specification. The term of the contract will be just under 4 years, reviewed annually with an option to extend the contract for up to a further two years and subject to satisfactory performance. Bids are invited from providers trading greater than £100m of gas and electricity annually on behalf of customers and with appropriate experience which must include working with HE Sector clients.
