Description

London Borough of Tower Hamlets is looking to procure a suitable provider to deliver Young People's Supported Housing Pathway services. The Contract Period is initially for a period of three years, although the Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms for further periods of 12 months, up to 24 months, making a total possible Contract Period of Five years. The estimated total contract value of this Contract is £1,735,000 (exc VAT) and split across the four Lots: (1) Lot 1 - £685,000 (2) Lot 2 - £485,000 (3) Lot 3 - £210,000 (4) Lot 4 - £355,000
