Work description
Liverpool City Region Combined Authority - Parkside Strategic Rail Freight Interchange Capacity Study. The scope of this study is focused on the potential capacity available on the network to serve Parkside in St Helens. Please note that we have a strict budget of £50k for this projects and that we will not be able to accept quotations over this figure.
