Midlands Regional Leadership Team Development

The Authority is looking for a Supplier for the provision of a rapid review of the current NHSEI regional (Midlands) regional leadership team ways of working. This work is to review current arrangements for the oversight and delivery of regional NHSEI accountabilities and to identify opportunities for strengthening regional governance and reporting arrangements recognising the evolving regional operating model and the changing landscape of the NHS.
