Tenure intelligence and housing stock condition report

Medway Council is seeking a company to undertake a tenure intelligence survey and housing stock condition report. The purpose of this is to obtain a better understating of the housing stock and identification of HMOs leading to the reduction of unlicensed HMOs in Medway. Assisting with the joint working partnership between Medway Council and Medway Police building further strategic housing plans for future projects. The services need to be completed by mid March 2023. In the table below Medway has specified the data fields and data types that will be expected as a result of this project.
