BHCC - Rotherfield Cresent NHFN Project

Rotherfield Crescent is a New Homes for Neighbourhoods development. The project timetable anticipates a start on site Aug/Sept '22, practical completion Aug/Sept '23 with end of defects 12 months later. Contract Administration services are procured to advise on and administer the terms of the building contract and provide project management services including Quantity Surveying services and in addition provide Party Wall Surveyor services in accordance with the Party Wall etc. Act 1996.
