Description

Peabody Trust ("Peabody") is seeking to appoint contractors per lot for the replacement of electrical services as outlined within this specification and on the accompanying tender drawings for all properties/blocks listed and owned by Peabody located on The Pinnacle, Thamesmead. Including works for: Lighting & Power, Access Control and Gates/fencing. Contractors shall refer to the specific requirements for each of the blocks as indicated on the accompanying drawings. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
