Description

Search and selection of a Director Finance and Corporate Services to include end to end campaign management, including but not limited to: Planning - stakeholder meetings, preparation of candidate brief, advertising, candidate pack preparation, media sources, search criteria, project team briefing; Campaign Management - search, advertising response, candidate management, presentation of longlist, first stage presentation of shortlist; Selection - first stage interviews (if required), shortlisting, arrange interviews, assessment services (as applicable), suggested interview questions for panel interview, references and offer management; Analysis - formal reference checking, feedback on campaign and market intelligence, diversity analysis report at each stage.
