The Framework comprises of the following works: • Communal Painting and Repairs • Fire Precaution Work • Repairs and replacements to fascia, soffits, gutters • Window Replacement • Roof Replacement/ Major Work • Outbuildings and Garage Areas • Adaptations to Council Properties • Kitchens, bathrooms, electrics, heating • and front entrance door replacement. • Communal Electrics including lighting, emergency lighting, lateral and riser renewal/upgrade • Communal Water Supply • Insulation Work • New Build • Infill Projects • Environmental improvements including paving • Boundary Wall and Fencing
