## Description

Sheffield Hallam University conducted a tender, for consultancy services, as a further competition under Lot 1 \(Multi Specialism Programme Delivery\) of the CCS ConsultancyONE framework agreement ref\. RM1502\. As a result of this tender process, Deloitte were appointed as consultants to work with us on our Operating Model review project\. Deloitte have been awarded a contract for Phase 1 of this project and the University reserve the right to also direct award Phase 2 of this project to Deloitte as stated in the tender documents\.
