## Description

The Council is lookimg to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to undertake the demolition of a basketball court at Gascoigne Estate Zone 1\. The works also include isolation, capping off and removal of existing electricity, gas, water and telephone services serving the properties and any redundant fencing\. Meter removals \(where applicable\)\. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\.
