ISS Building Roof Project (Including Associated M&E Works) - Contractor Appointment

This aim of this project is to undertake repairs to the ISS Building, which is currently leaking into offices on all floors, with water ingress emanating from roof level underneath roof mounted AHU plant and Equipment. This project involves the temporary removal of Mechanical and Electrical plant, equipment and allow the roof weathering to be renewed. Once plant has been reinstated, post roofing works, mechanical and electrical plant, equipment and services are to support future roofing repair and maintenance activities.
