## Description

This aim of this project is to undertake repairs to the ISS Building, which is currently leaking into offices on all floors, with water ingress emanating from roof level underneath roof mounted AHU plant and Equipment\. This project involves the temporary removal of Mechanical and Electrical plant, equipment and allow the roof weathering to be renewed\. Once plant has been reinstated, post roofing works, mechanical and electrical plant, equipment and services are to support future roofing repair and maintenance activities\. Please see the attached documents for full details\. NB: Please note that the University is closed from 5pm Wednesday 31st March 2021 until 9am Thursday 8th April 2021\. As such, any correspondence received during this time WILL NOT be responded to, so please ensure any clarifications you may require are issued to us well in advance of this closure period\.
