GB-Edinburgh: Forms and Data Collection Software

NOTE: This notice was updated on 05 February 2020 for the following reason: This contract has not been awarded due no longer requiring the software.(The Northern Lighthouse Board have a requirement for a cloud based software platform to replace paper forms with device based mobile forms and to include an online data collection application. The product is to include custom reporting with fully customisable forms/data collection. The product is to be simple to use and easily customisable with a fully auditable trail from form to submission and collection of data into formats used currently such as Microsoft Excel, PDF etc.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
