Text to be corrected in the original notice: Place of text to be modified: Type of Contract Instead of: Works Read: Services Other additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises \(SMEs\)\. However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement\. Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified and experienced Architectural Practices and a standard selection questionnaire \(SSQ\) is available for completion on line\. Architectural services under this framework may include retainers as small as £50k capital value and up to £35 million \(excluding VAT and fees\) for new build, £30 million for refurbishments\. During the term of the framework the maximum capital value will increase in line with construction inflation\. Based on previous figures, capital construction works to the order of £50 million \(total average\) per annum were undertaken at the University as a whole, over the last 5 years\.
