Description
Provision of a consultancy service to review Pay and Grading system. To deliver an attractive and motivating pay and grading structure that is responsive and agile and fit for the modern workplace. In doing so achieving fair and equitable reward thereby improving engagement levels and achieving delivery of our plan; To provide full and quality benchmarking data informing and appropriate market positioning on WMFS in sector(s) and delivering a comprehensive proposal including short, medium, and long terms plans outlining how we move from current arrangements to new; Create a pay and grading modelling framework that will erode our pay gaps, ensure long terms viability of our pay structure, and embed this internally to ensure ongoing effective management of pay and grading decision making; Develop and job evaluation framework that creates consistency and transparency in the application of grades
