## Description

The Centre for Process Innovation Ltd \(henceforth known as CPI\) has a requirement for a Photolithography exposure tool to extend its Photolithographic capability to 2 microns or below at the Electronics business unit based at the Neville Hamlin Building, NETPark, Sedgefield\. The tool will be installed into an ISO 5 \(class 100\) cleanroom\. Additional information: Single Supplier Framework for the provision of Supply, installation, commissioning for a Photolithography Exposure Tool, including consumables, training and additional services on as set out in the documentation pack
