## Description

The Supplier will supply the Buyer with the Commercial off the Shelf Fujitsu Smartforms software\. Fujitsu Smartforms is a no code or low code powerful form automation application that enables users to design, test and deploy their own online digital forms without the need for specialist developer resource\. Its primary use case is to enable process digitization by providing a rapid, low cost and secure mechanism for data capture for subsequent processing\.
