WSCC DR - Provision of Highways Condition Surveys for West Sussex County Council - AWARD

OVERVIEW OF THE REQUIREMENT

The Council has a legal obligation to ensure regular surveys are undertaken to determine the condition of highways within the County of West Sussex. The Council wishes to appoint a suitable service provider to undertake such surveys as detailed in Attachment 02: The Services Specification.

The tender will be split into the following lots:

Lot 1: Highways Inventory Data Services Lot 2: Coarse Visual Inspection (CVI) Survey Lot 3: Scanner Survey of A, B and C roads Lot 4: Footway Maintenance Survey Lot 5: SCRIM Survey and Site Investigations

Contracts will be awarded independently on a lot by lot basis to the highest scoring bidder for each Lot. Bids must not be caveated to leverage multi-lot awards. The Services are to be delivered across the County of Wet Sussex.
