## Description

The GMC wishes to provide group income protection benefits to its staff as one of its employee benefits\. The benefits will provide cover for the majority of staff who are currently members of the GMC Group Personal Pension plan and we have approximately half of \(700 members of staff\) who will be offered this benefit\.
