GB-Basildon: Recycling of Mixed Textiles & Shoes

The Council are looking for a contractor(s) to provide mixed textile and shoes recycling services. Lot 1 is for collection of kerbside mixed textiles from the Councils recycling Depot. Lot 2 is for collection of mixed textiles from various Bring Bank sites across the Borough. This is a concessions based contract and the Council are looking for income generation from the provider in respect of these services, There is no payment to the contractor from the Council.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. This is a concessions based contract.
