Lot 11 - Highways Infrastructure Consultancy for the Headbolt Lane Enabling Works

This contract is for consultants to act as Principal Designer and the NEC Project Manager during the enabling works associated with Headbolt Lane Railway Station. In addition the commission is for a consultant to provide site supervision of the schemes to ensure the projects are constructed; safely, on time and as per the designs. The construction works for the schemes will be undertaken by the Council's framework contractor Tarmac under an NEC 3 contract.
