Description

A CAFM system is essentially digital facilities management software designed to manage buildings and facilities, coordinating physical workplace and facilities with the people and the operations of the Council. The CAFM system will integrate the principles of business administration, architecture and the usage behaviour data in one manageable place. A modern CAFM system will provide integrated workplace management systems (IWMS) and enterprise asset management software (EAM) software.
