T712 Library Software Platform

The University requires a Library Services Platform (LSP) to manage traditional library services and workflows such as Circulation, Inter-Library Loans, Acquisitions, Stock-Management, Cataloguing, and Management Information. In addition, the solution must include an effective module integrated into the LSP and its traditional workflows, which manages all aspects of the electronic resources lifecycle. An integrated solution is required to enable the benefits of good data and process integration, to support decision making, and to effectively and competitively exploit e-resources with a focus on improving services and student satisfaction.
