The Appointment of a Consultant/Agronomist to Undertake a Site Investigation of a Proposed Site for Multiple Football Pitches and to Write a Specification for the Subsequent Construction

Blackpool Council is looking to appoint a consultant/agronomist with expertise in play pitch construction, to undertake a site investigation (including soil analysis) of a proposed site for multiple football pitches, and to determine whether this site is suitable for the intended use.
