## Description

As part of Central Government's Warm Homes Programme, SCC submitted an expression of interest to DESNZ in December 2024 for the successor fund to HUG 2 called the Warm Homes - Local Grant \(WHLG\) which was successful and allocated a record sum for SCC of £13\.9 million of grant funding, to be utilised across the next three financial years\.
