Community Helpline

The Community Helpline links people with community assets as appropriate to the persons need and requirements. Support is provided to individuals and families on several challenges they are facing, including support for their mental wellbeing, independence and challenges related to loneliness and isolation. The Community helpline forms a key component of reducing demand into Adult Social Care and other statutory level services by being a first point of contact that helps citizens manage issues within their communities.
