GB-Rochford: Sustainability Appraisal

Rochford District Council is inviting tenders from specialist consultants to undertake a Sustainability Appraisal, incorporating the requirements of the Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) Directive, to support the preparation of the Councils new Local Plan. The new Local Plan will look at extend the plan period of the current local development plan; the appointed consultants will therefore need to review and build on previous sustainability assessments.

Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
