## Description

To appoint Project Management, Quantity Surveying and full design team services resource to manage the potential senior school expansion programme\. The appropriate Design team will progress the project through the RIBA plan of works from inception to completion including all the duties and responsibilities required to develop, manage and complete the projects through to practical completion and a defects liability stage\.
