DFID 7044 Investments in Forests and Sustainable Land Use - Extension of the Programme in Latin America Contract Amendment No 5

This amendment relates to (a) an increase of £16,199,843 in the Financial Limit of the Contract in order to extend Programme operations in Latin America; (b) the application of updated Terms and Conditions of Contract; (c) an additional annex to the Terms of Reference; (d) an additional annex to the Schedule of Prices; (e) the inclusion of the new P4F results framework (milestone payment model) covering both the DFID and BEIS milestones until 2023;and (f) a change in Personnel.
