This amendment relates to \(a\) an increase of £16,199,843 in the Financial Limit of the Contract in order to extend Programme operations in Latin America; \(b\) the application of updated Terms and Conditions of Contract; \(c\) an additional annex to the Terms of Reference; \(d\) an additional annex to the Schedule of Prices; \(e\) the inclusion of the new P4F results framework \(milestone payment model\) covering both the DFID and BEIS milestones until 2023;and \(f\) a change in Personnel\.
