This contract will enhance the departments internal Security Operations Centre (SOC) capability, identifying and triaging alerts, and notifying the Department for Education of those where a defined criticality threshold is met (with 24/7 capability). The supplier will also provide assistance to DfE incident management and response in the event of a serious cyber incident.
