T0222 Operational Management System Phase 2

National Highways (the Client) is seeking the provision of services to progress a phased innovation project to ultimately deliver a software tool and governance process to tailor the design components of the DMRB design standard 'GD 300 Requirements for new and upgraded all-purpose trunk roads (expressways)' for optimal operational performance. This will contribute to our performance goals outlined in the Strategic Business Plan (2020-2025), specifically for Fast and Reliable Journeys.
