## Description

National Highways \(the Client\) is seeking the provision of services to progress a phased innovation project to ultimately deliver a software tool and governance process to tailor the design components of the DMRB design standard 'GD 300 Requirements for new and upgraded all-purpose trunk roads \(expressways\)' for optimal operational performance\. This will contribute to our performance goals outlined in the Strategic Business Plan \(2020-2025\), specifically for Fast and Reliable Journeys\.
