Structural Engineering Support for Stourport County Buildings Demolition

Structural engineering support for the planned demolition of Stourport County Buildings and Fire Station on Worcester Street in Stourport - including demolition strategy and site supervision.

The key project outcomes are: - To compile documentation to allow the Client to tender the works to prospective demolition Contractors, to evaluate tender returns and award the contract for the demolition. Monitor the performance of the demolition Contractor during the works with respect to quality and safety. Demolition of all buildings and leave the site in a condition agreed with the developer. Transfer ownership and complete the sale to the developer.

The priority is to complete the demolition works in a safe manner without incident or causing damage to adjacent properties.

The key objectives are to minimise the cost of resources for specific activities, whilst ensuring the works are completed in line with the Council's programme.
