Work description
A number of areas of the Bank, such as Technology, are currently experiencing acute staffing shortages for niche/specialist positions. The Bank's current strategic recruitment partners, via the Crown Commercial Services Framework Agreement are unable to deliver the quantity or quality of candidates required in these areas (e.g. technology specialists).
