The contract is for an agency to deliver research to understand Pension Scheme Administrators (PSAs) and their needs in regard to migration to Managing Pensions Schemes Service. The requirement will include: Medium-scale qualitative research consisting of in-depth interviews with Pension Scheme Administrators Potential follow-on quantitative survey of Pension Scheme Administrators to quantify/segment the qualitative insights produced Outputs including PowerPoint presentation of findings, and a final Word document report for publication on GOV.UK
