Locksley Drive Adaptation

The proposed development includes a single storey rear extension and internal conversion works to a 2-bedroom semi-detached bungalow, in order to provide additional living accommodation to meet the needs of a disabled occupant. Works also include associated electrical and mechanical works. Further competition exercise via RCP4 Lot 5. It is anticipated that the contract will commence in April 2023 and will run for a period of 16 weeks making the expiry date August 2023.
