GLD008 2021 GLAS Panel - TUPE and Pensions Related Legal Services

The Customer Government Legal Department (GLD) has followed the call-off procedure for the CCS General Legal Advice Services (GLAS) Panel Framework Agreement (Reference RM3786) and has awarded this Legal Services Contract to the Supplier Eversheds Sutherland (International) LLP by way of Direct Award.

The Supplier has extensive experience of all aspects of TUPE and how it operates in the public sector including New Fair Deal, COSOP, public procurement issues, state aid and Best Value, hence the reason for the Direct Award.

This Call-Off Contract can be extended for a further 6 month Term from 26th September 2022 until 25th March 2023.
