DHSC Healthy Start Private Beta

DHSC have commissioned a service via GCloud for the provision of the Healthy Start benefit via a prepaid card, which would give beneficiaries more control over their spending in a form that is more convenient than paper vouchers and enabling beneficiaries to apply online. The requirement is for a small number of cards, with minimum possible set up, which will allow the service to commence a private beta.
