Contract Award - Holland Park, Holland House Terrace and Cafe, Public Realm Improvements

Award of Contract Notice for the provision of Construction Services for the Public Realm Improvements to Holland House Terrace and Café in Holland Park, Kensington. Works to take place between September 2017 and March 2018.

This procurement has been executed as a two-stage process. The successful tenderer has been required to submit a First Stage Tender and to then work with the Authority to develop, on an open book basis, a second stage tender (contract price) to provide the Services.
