## Description

The Framework Supplier will be available to provide advice and practical support as required in a number of the following fields: \(i\) Consultation/facilitation, community engagement/development; \(ii\) Events, arts/cultural projects and activities; \(iii\) Sports/health \(exercise\)-related projects and activities\. Single point of contact/contractor dedicated to The Royal Parks contract\. Required tasks may include: Facilitation, consultation, participation a\) Planning, setting up, facilitating and recording consultation meetings on any aspect of the current or planned Royal Parks service\. b\) All aspects of consultation \(both external and internal, and including a variety of approaches\) and issues associated with social inclusion\. c\) Developing programmes of activity aimed at increasing consultation, participation and inclusion\. d\) Facilitating meetings and workshops\. Developing/supporting partnerships a\) Building partnerships with other agencies community organisations, sponsors and volunteers including the provision of support to partnership groups in the early stages of development\. Project/event/activity development and management a\) Developing projects, in particular those requiring collaborative partnership working and or significant levels of community involvement\. b\) Provision of interim management or other support services associated with activities in the community\. Research and information collection a\) Undertaking research into a variety of topics relating to the educational sector and TRPs works\. Research should include desktop and fieldwork, and the Framework Supplier must be able to work in a variety of methodologies, including interviews, focus groups, questionnaires, gathering data from partners, potential partners, current users, potential and target users of the parks; b\) Preparing supporting information and collecting data required for funding bids or other required reports\. Specialist advice \(i\) Prepare written reports, strategies, funding bids, project timelines, proposals, and attend meetings as required by the department requiring the service The Framework Supplier must familiarise itself with TRP’s systems and regulations\.
