## Description

The successful contractor will: 1\. Complete the remainder of the internal strip out, demolition and clearance works already substantially undertaken with H&S File information from previous such strip out available; 2\. Lay new tanked and underfloor heating flooring finishes in compliance with the specification; 3\. Apply Walls / Masonry and Sundry Items; 4\. Apply wall and floor tanking system in accordance with the general specification; 5\. Ceiling Renewal; 6\. Mechanical and Electrical - allow for supply and installation of Dale Sauna fitments \(under named specialist supply Contract\); 7\. Finishes - decorate all internal walls and ceilings; 8\. Fixtures and Fittings 9\. Supply and install laminated panel surrounds to the Sauna and Steam room doors\. The successful contractors must deliver a compliant design interpretation to the specification\.
