SEND Mediation Service

Sefton's SEND are looking to appoint an independent mediation company to facilitate mediation when families appeal our decisions in relation to their child / young persons EHCP.

Additional information: The value of the contract is £10,760 per year (£21, 520 over two years) based on 2023 / 2024 volume of mediations. Up to £56,000 of expenditure per year (£112,000 over two years) has been allowed as part of this contract to account for a substantial increase in overall referrals and mediations requests in the first quarter of 2024 / 2025.
