DHSC: ASC: Best Practice Training Material Transition From Children to ASC

Description

Best practice principles and training to improve the transition from children's services to adult social care. This tender requires the successful organisation to develop a set of materials that will seek to upskill practitioners and leaders across social care in good transitions from children's services to adult social care (ASC). This project must include i) the development of a set of best practice principles for good transitions, ii) bespoke training materials for social workers and social care leaders, as well as iii) a 'dissemination strategy' for DHSC and its partners to deploy.
