1\. Design an engaging and informative enterprise training course to suit residents of social housing neighbourhoods2\. Delivery of the above programme to 820 trainees \(Lot 1 Kent\) / 460 trainees \(Lot 2 Sussex\) / 550 trainees \(Lot 3 Hampshire & Wiltshire\)\.3\. Provide basic follow-up support to clients completing training and to Optivo staff also supporting clients4\. Development and delivery of additional training modules for:a\. residents ambassadorsb\. local businesses/supporters/ mentors\.5\. Attend partnership meetings
