The Authority is seeking to appoint Suppliers to a Fabric and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Projects Framework for the delivery of projects for the installation and cyclical replacement of plant, equipment and fabric, on properties in the Authority's and its associated partner organisations' property portfolios.
